Mia Orford

Hi, I'm Mia, I am an endorsed podiatrist who graduated in 2020 from Queensland University of Technology. I recently moved to Hervey Bay from the Sunshine Coast. I enjoy upskilling and improving my knowledge in podiatry. This lead me to persue my post graduate studies in Podiatric Therapeutics, allowing me to prescribe and administer podiatry specific medications where appropriate.

I enjoy the variety of my job, enjoying all aspects of podiatry, specifically ingrowing toenails, managing heel pain and diabetic foot care.

My interest in podiatry sparked when I was a child and I needed orthotics for painful feet during netball. This helped me significantly and I have always loved how much I can help in this job.
